The timeless charm of these residences also incorporates the latest in technology from electronic systems to energy-efficient design – earning an energy rating of 8.1 stars out of 10. German double-glazing provided the necessary sound insulation from traffic noise from main road vehicles. Tasmanian machine-cut sand stone walls dressed the facades, double insulated external skin and high-level physical and electronic components to each property provides comfort for its residents and safe spaces for the children.
The clients requested comfort and low maintenance and this has been implemented throughout the project.
